Ellesmere Orchestral Weekend
Description:
This year's featured works are Elgar's Symphony No. 1 and Gershwin's Cuban Overture. The weekend is directed by Eric Jennings, a retired professional musician, who is exceptionally good at getting the best out of amateur players. The cost for residents is £115 and £35 for non-residents. A discount is available for full-time students and non-residents may book meals at an additional cost.
