*English Camerata Soloists International Summer School of Chamber Music offers extensive coaching in an international classical chamber music environment for ensembles and soloists: keyboard (piano, harpsichord); strings (violin, cello, viola); wind (bassoon, clarinet, oboe, flute,cor anglais); brass instruments (French horn, trumpet, trombone).
* Our chamber music course offers top quality music coaching to enthusiasts of all ages and levels. Both pre-formed ensembles and soloists wishing to partake in a group are welcome.
* The residential (non-residential places available) summer music school enjoys an encouraging, friendly atmosphere. Within site of the Welsh hills, the campus is set in a charming environment within which to create chamber music.
Instrumentalists will be inspired by coaching in classical and baroque styles from dedicated teachers who this year will again include Elizabeth Altman,piano; the leader of the Allegri Quartet, Ofer Falk, violin; Pal Banda, cello ; Charlotte Wilson, harpsichord; wind players from the Halle Orchestra; Edwina Smith, modern and baroque flute, Sue Marshall baroque violin; and other baroque specialists.
