Summer Film Shoot
Description:
"Absolutely fantastic. Both of my children enjoyed every minute. Not only did they make new friends of different ages but they learnt new skills that only this unique camp offers. They absolutely loved it!" Charlotte Carne

This summer sees our fourth annual Summer Film Shoot return to create new short films with young filmmakers. This year we’ll be exploring a brand new theme, and members will work together in crews to conceive and develop an original story, plan and design their film, direct, shoot and edit their masterpiece in just 5 days! Registration is now open, so book now to guarantee your place for our most popular filming event!

Monday 23 - Friday 27 July 2012, 9am - 4pm daily in Balham, SW12

£225 per child (£195 siblings and Saturday members)

This workshop is open to children aged between 7 and 16 years. No previous experience of filmmaking is necessary.

In our Summer Workshop, our young crew members meet up every day for a week to work on their own summer blockbuster.

You'll learn all about short film production including acting, camera operation, directing, editing and much more as you storyboard, shoot and star in a summer smash hit film. At the end of summer, your film will be shown in a special premier-style screening event for cast, crew, family and friends.

Our workshops are delivered by knowledgable staff members, all of whom have professional backgrounds in film, theatre and arts education, as well as experience of working with children. All our workshop leaders are CRB-checked and we maintain a high staff to student ratio.
