Musical Theatre Summer School 2011
Description:
All our courses offer students the chance to sing, dance and act in a professional environment. Working with tutors who are from a diverse professional background in musical theatre, dance and music. Students will encompass all disciplines culminating in a final performance for friends and family.
SUMMER SCHOOL
Castle Donington Community College
The Summer School runs for one week, Monday - Friday 10am - 4pm. The full final performance will be shown on the Friday evening at 4pm. Red Dot are offering three weeks to choose from:
Week 1: 25th July - 29th July
Week 2: 1st August - 5th August
Week 3: 8th August - 12th August
Students are welcome to attend all weeks if desired
Ibstock Community College
15th - 19th August
Clothing and Footwear: Please make sure you attend Red Dot sessions in suitable clothing, which means no jeans or Ugg boots please. Jazz shoes, pumps and plimsolls are required for perfromances. This is important because of health and safety reasons and also so that you can get the most benefit from our sessions.
Please note: At all our courses although the snack box will be available to purchase items from, a pack lunch is still required. If you are not a member of the main Theatre School an application form is required for all holiday courses.
