MINI-AIMS
Description:
April 12 - 15 2012. Four days of non-residential sessions at Burgess Hill School for Girls, Burgess Hill, Sussex, RH15 0EG, for solo singers of all abilities, with selected AIMS Tutors and House-pianists. Each day will feature a different genre of song:
Thursday 12th April is Art-song day;
Friday 13th April is Oratorio aria day;
Saturday 14th April is Opera day;
Sunday 15th April is "Anything goes" day
Classes run from 10am - 6pm.
Singers should bring 2 songs or arias to work on per day. Singers can attend on any number of days.
There will be a tea-bar serving light refreshments throughout the day. Burgess Hill railway station (on the Victoria - Brighton line) is only a short walk from the venue. There are several local guest houses nearby.
