A step-by-step guide through the use of watercolour techniques will enable students to gain confidence in using this fascinating medium.
You will make a model a life-size head and a small figure. You will be introduced to the casting process and be encouraged to appreciate both objective and subjective values in figurative sculpture.
Approaches to the drawing process and use of media will provide a visual vocabulary for figurative composition. Part of the course will focus on the interpretation of tonal values in subject matter.
