This inspirational creative writing programme will look at different ways in which a writer can use place as setting for story, as an expression of firctional character, or of the self.
The Oxford Summer Academy takes place each July and is a program designed for high-school students, aged 16-19. Participants are introduced to the unique academic and cultural environment of Oxford.
Intensive two or three week courses in Modernism, Scottish Literature, Contemporary Literature and Creative Writing during July/August at the University of Edinburgh; coinciding with the festivals.

Kingston University Summer School July 2012
Our classes are aimed at university level students over 18 looking for an International Summer School study experience. There will be time spent in a class room but also learning in the London area.
