International Theatre Camp 2020
Improve your skills as a performer and work with students from Britain as well as from around the world.
Description:
Fixed 2-week programme:
New Forest 12 July – 2 August 2020
Guildford 12 – 26 July 2020

15 hours of performing arts per week
1 full-day trip per week
1 half-day trip per week
Daytime and evening activities
For UK & international students
Minimum English level: Higher Intermediate (B2)
* The age range in New Forest is 11-17 and in Guildford 9-13. However, we may occasionally accept a younger or older student from the same school year as someone else in the group.

Taught by performing arts professionals, your sessions will include musical composition, storytelling, singing, stage combat, dancing, mime and acting for the stage. Working from various stimuli you will discover and create characters, plot lines and plays. As a team you will select your preferred show that will showcase your individual skills and strengths as a group. You will then be led towards your performance through compact rehearsals of blocking, playing to audience, characterisation, performance techniques and direction. We are confident that this will be an experience you will never forget!

We hope you enjoy watching the work that was created in our previous camp:
