Future Climate Innovators 2 Week Summer School
Description:
As the world grapples with an evolving landscape of climate change challenges, we are launching a bold new youth initiative.

For the first time, we are inviting change-makers aged 16-18 to participate in an inspiring and unique summer school programme led by world class University of Oxford experts.

This isn’t just about learning; it’s a rallying cry for action. Alongside a global cohort, take on the role of an innovator, confront the pressing climate issues head-on, and shape a sustainable future.

Engage in stimulating discussions, explore innovative solutions, and collaborate with peers from across the globe. Together, you’ll forge a united front in the battle against climate change.

You’ll unravel the complexities of climate change, harness your creativity for problem-solving and develop actionable strategies for local, national and global impact.

Your ideas matter, and this platform is where they can become impactful solutions.

5 key themes run throughout the programme, each tackling a significant climate challenge facing the world: air pollution, extreme weather events, water scarcity, food scarcity and biodiversity.

A rich extra curricular programme is planned of excursions, Oxford traditions, sports activities, sightseeing to ensure you have a memorable experience during your 2 weeks with us.

For those of you who are interested in finding out more about future careers and entry to the University, a team of careers and admissions advisors will be available to answer questions and guide you on your future path.

This is the only official University of Oxford summer school on Climate Change for 16 to 18yr olds. Come and experience an exceptional opportunity. We look forward to meeting you this summer.
